Don't go to Goudini Spa..... Worse experience ever as always

We had the worse experience at Goudini Spa. We booked 5 days away for my uncle birthday in Sep 2024. Everything went smoothly till the day we had to leave. We received an email just before we had to leave saying someone had phoned in to cancel in July 2024 which we didn't buy yet they still accepted our payment. When we asked for the number they couldn't find it but they can tell us the date and time but they couldn't trace the number. The place we booked wasnt the place that we got. We took 2 flats but we only got 1 rondawel which wouldn't accommodate the amount of people that was with. They said the place was full but some of the houses were empty. They told us that we couldn't either book another rondawel or we need to leave.They also told us that there's no music allowed but they are having functions by the pool playing loud music. Really a bad experience and will never ever go back to Goudini Spa.
