Disgusted in Goudini Spa

Extremely poor customer service. Every year I book for my family and never have a problem. This year its been 1 of the worst experience ever. A complete nightmare with people having no respect for your time and money. They are overpriced and have no regard for your time. Her name is Monique and I hope after my review, she would clearly loose her job and not get another position ever! Now the member needs to be present & the member must come fetch there own key, the member this, the member that???? What a load of ****, its never been like this & alot of people are doing the same thing. Just because we are coloured people now we are being forced to pay more! Im so mad, truly mad & then when I asked for all my money back, they say you will loose all your money
