BRUISED BACK DUE TO SLIPPERY MATS PLACED AT JACUZZI

My family and I , spent this pass weekend at Goudini Spa. We slept in the 6 sleeper Boland house. One the issues we encountered was the toilet. The water kept leaking out at the bottom from the toilet cistern, and therefore we could not flush the toilet. We reported it to reception and was told they would send someone out to fix it, no one came. We were then forced to unpleasantly use the hand shower to refill the toilet cistern every time we needed to flush. We also went to the jacuzzi at the indoor pool , while my mother was busy getting out the jacuzzi, she slipped and hit her on the point of the step, because the mats were slippery and should have been non slippery especially for an area like that. We once again reported it the lady in charge named Lecretia, who told us many people have slipped on those mats, and she has told her manager who up until has done nothing to sort the situation, knowing how dangerous it is getting out of a jacuzzi stepping on a WET SLIPPERY MAT. My mother now has a badly bruised back, i have the pictures to prove it
