Bed bugs Goudini Spa

We checked in at Goudini Spa on the 31st May 2021. The evening my wife spotted alot of these small bed critters on the white duvet (See pics). We cleaned the bed off and thought nothing of it. The next morning when we woke up, the bed was covered with them. Once again. When the cleaners came the morning I informed them and they said someone will tend to it. We left our place to go swimming and when we returned we thought they sorted out the problem. The next morning I reported it to management at 9h30 and was told that a senior manager will tend to it immediately. I was told to wait at my accommodation for the manager to come. I waited for 2 and a half hours and then left as we went swimming. When we came back at 1pm, this is now Wednesday and we reported it Tuesday morning, Alady by the name of Wendy eventually came and apoligised and she took the bed sheets with her. With these critters on. She returned later and said they will move me to another place and that we could stay 2 hour longer. I informed her I wasn't happy and will report them to hellopeter. In today's day and age with covid 19, it is a disgrace to have holiday accommodation infested by what I think are bed bugs. When booking at Goudini be sure to check your bed sheets for any infestation. I am appalled with how my complaint was handled.
