Avoid Goudini – ******ion, Bullying and NOT Family Friendly.

We booked a 6-sleeper unit (6 - 8 March, 2025) for our group of seven (which included our 3-year-old, who simply slept in our bed as any kid would) only to be ambushed by Goudini staff upon arrival. Despite countless family-friendly stays elsewhere, Goudini insisted that even a toddler counts as an "adult," forcing us to fork out an extra R4010 for an additional 4-sleeper unit for the 2 days – all while our 3-year-old, who sleeps in our bed (and we even brought his toddler mattress just in case), was the center of the controversy. This skyrocketed our bill from roughly R7900 to almost R12,000! For 2 nights!!

To add insult to injury, the receptionist had the nerve to threaten to hold one of our vehicles at the security gate until we comp**** (or until one person leaves). I am not sure if they expected us to dump the kid somewhere, but okay. How sick!

This isn’t just poor service—it’s outright ******ion and bullying. If you value fairness and respect for families, steer clear of Goudini and their disgraceful practices.
