Afraid to advertise the elitist truth...

Staff were friendly, unit was good and facilities nice until one unfortunate incident... We wanted to go for a swim at the Slanghoek swimmimg pool but was told by a security guard we are not allowed since the pool is for the exclusive use of the Slanghoek residents.

My problem is that this is stated nowhere on the ATKV website nor the resort map. Had I known, I would never have booked at Goudini since I am totally against this level of snobbery.

After discussing with the resort manager, Johan, he said he would relay the message to the marketing team. Let's see how far that goes.

Look, if you want to split your elite customers from us commoners, then have the guts to explitely state it on your website and indicate it on your resort map. Put a big board at the entrance of Slanghoek while you're at it: "Yes, you paid to enter this resort, except you didn't pay enough for this part, so turn around and go back to your cheap chalet or go swim with the rest of the middle class."
