Although the install was legitimate, the after sales service illegitimate.... over a week and I am not able to get feedback... I am also still trying to get my COC... I am pleased this qualifies for Small Claims Court, but I did not want to waste my time there...

Although the install was legitimate, the after sales service illegitimate.... over a week and I am not able to get feedback... I am also still trying to get my COC... I am pleased this qualifies for Small Claims Court, but I did not want to waste my time there...

GotUtility could not get to my house fast enough when we contacted them for the installation of a solar system, as a matter of fact they came the same day. They worked the next day until 20h00 and waited in my yard until the bank confirmed the payment would be released. But boy or boy dont expect them to come back to: 1. show us how the sytem works, i am not sure it does. 2. connect to the internet. 3. been giving a fault alarm since installment. 4. have been phoning them ever since installment, keeps promising he will send someone and it is more than a week later and still the fault on the system and it is not working. 5. I think i must have been ****med because WHY would you not get back to finish the system you were paid for??? Unfortunately this company does not have any after sales service.
