ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I booked flexi ticket from Bali for early February. I need to change it to January and cannot do it online. The number on the website just says not available and nobody replies to emails! I am my wit's end trying to get this ticket changed. Possibly the most un user friendly site I have ever come across and the customer service ... what is that???
