Wrong bookings dates.

I booked a flight with them and when I received my ticket dates were incorrection. When I enquired about the dates I was told I got the dates the wrong. I had to pay an additional R1900 to change the dates. When I had paid that and requested ticket confirmation I was given a ticket with the wrong departure date again and was told I need to pay another R800.00. I have a headache right now as I am typing this message.
