WORST!!!!

Worst experience EVER!

Our flights via Air Austral got cancelled & Go To Gate is still not assisting me with a refund. They ignore my emails & have a different excuse as to why the refund has not been procced yet every single time.

I can't believe this business is still open. It's pathetic!!!!!
