WORST COMPANY IN EXISTANCE

THIS company is the worst. I have been fighting with them fore more than 3 months following up so regularly ! They have no customer service. When you process a refund, they charge you the fee and yet you have to do all the work and keep calling the airlines, and follow up with GOTOGATE directly. They keep saying they processed a refund request and after so many follow ups I had to call the airlines just to find out that GOTOGATE never requested a refund. and they keep lying about these things. NEVER BUY tickets through this agency, you will waste your time, patience and money.
