Worst booking ccompany

Worst booking company ever. Made a booking for 4 people travelling to Cape Town. . We opted for 2 x20kg bags on Safair at R190 per bag . Just to be invoiced for R789. When eventually i could talk via PC , they said the that the additional charge was an admin fee. Also i forgot to tick the box for exact dates and was was automatically moved to flexi dates and invoiced R1675.28 for that . What a rip-off
