Unprofessional ******

Beware of these travelling agents, they are ******, very unprofessional. I booked a SAA flight ticket from them, had to cancel the ticket. First they said they will process the cancellation for R18.00 per person, from then I have received emails from different agents from them with different cancellation fees which are a *******. These people are ********** please be careful when dealing with them.
