True **********

These people are **********. They take your money and then cheat their way towards not serving you. I spent more than 7 hours on calls to their call center to try to re-book a ticket that I had changed. Each call, I was given a different reason for why the booking could not be made. Eventually, we reached the expiration date of the Open ticket and so we lost our money. I am furious and feel totally cheated.
