The worst company

Terrible, pathetic and disgusting service. This company shouldn't even be open! I had a flight and the times for my connecting flight changed. They would not refund my money and I even had to buy another ticket at the airport. An unexpected cost. I am disgusted. They have given me the runaround and told me to go to the company I flew with but that company did not even receive the money since I never flew with them. Gotogate still has my money *******ly.
