Terrible service and no assistance whatsoever

We are scheduled to fly to Italy in 3 days, but due to the corona virus Italy is under LOCKDOWN. Yet GoToGate is still unwilling to assist us in refunding or moving our dates as it is not possible. It seems the employees are not able or competent to assist in the matters of their clients and as a travel agency not capable of contacting the airlines to sort out the necessary details. We are losing a lot of money with these tickets and will not be using them again!!
