Stay away from Gotogate

L3 EMPA KEGUNO Our booking was cancelled by Gotogate on 27 July 2021 and we were informed that refund will be processed. Till today no respond or refund despite several requests. Do they intent to keep our money? I will not recommend Gotogate.. stay away!
