SHUT DOWN THESE ********!!

Disgusted! **** **** ****! No stars at all !

Went through booking.com and they referred "go to gate". Tried to change my flights to an earlier date 48 hours before original flight only to find out when I called airlines that my booking reference and identity are not on their system, when I called "go to gate"all I got was excuses and different reasonings through different "agents", had the phone put down on me 4 times and when you call back they keep saying their systems are down and they can't open the profile ! They also block your phone number so that you can't call back. They won't refund me at all. They sleezy, dishonest, and manipulating with false advertising. DONT USE AT ALL!!!! {SHAME ON YOU "GO TO GATE"}
