Rotten Gotogate Company: True ********

After reading people's reviews about this company, I see now why I shouldn't have used it.

I regret using this company to begin with. Over two months now and I still have not received my refund.

At first they tried to **** and over charge me for flight cancellations in the name of RwandAir. I then emailed RwandAir to raise my concerns while I cc'ed Gotogate. RwandAir questioned their dealings. I regret using this company. They are in true essence, ******** and theirs is rotten to the core.
