Our refund experience with gotogate

So if your here looking to see if people actually receive their refunds and your seeing a bunch of negative comments that may have you stressed about your refund. Don’t be 100% worried because they do actually give your refund back it took them round about a month and we did have to breath down their neck for them to properly submit the application to the airline but once they did that all was smooth I guess so I’m posting this because when we were reading the bad reviews I was super stressed they were gonna **** but we did eventually get our money so yeah that good I guess but we won’t be book flights with them ever.
