Not a proper travel agent

My flight had 3 connections. The 3rd one was a local airline. When my first 2 legs were changed to 5 hours later, they did not inform the local airline of the change so I was still sitting in Nairobi when my flight was boarding in Johannesburg. Then when I tried to get in touch with them for a refund, I fount that their contact number only has 9 numbers and their email address is incomplete. They are not a proper travel agent.
