None refund

I made a double booking due to an nternet glitch, I ended up with 2 tickets for the same person on the same flight. I immediately contacted Gotogate to have the other ticket canceled and that was when and where the nightmare started because it turned into a wild goose chase. I ended up contacting the airline directly and a refund was made to Gotogate. From March 2021 till this day, Gotogate has not refunded me, their phones and emails are never attended to.
