No refund received over three weeks now, took my money but cancelled flights and the airline said Gotogate never paid them!

They cancelled my flight a few hours before I was due to fly and it’s now over 3 weeks and I have not received a refund. This company is not great and will take your money. I called the airlines and they said Gotogate never even paid them! Go figure !
