No refund given!

I bought tickets to Greece for work 1 week before Lockdown. I have been in contact with Gotogate to receive a refund since then. They have assured me that my refund was being processed but I still have not received anything.

I find it unacceptable that they would guarantee a refund and then never follow through with it.
