No customer service

<p>Completly unhelpful and unwillin gto help solve a problem. I bought a ticket for my wife using her ****en name (she doidnt change it). We did, however, need to renew her passport, which came with her married name. Gotogate refused to change the name of the ticket, even thought the airline said it could be done. They were completelt imovable and now we can't go on holiday as the flight we booked has trippled in price.</p>
