No Contact Person for Customer Services!

Trying to change my booking date after the App default selected a date and surprise surprise there is no one to contact to change this date and my son is due to fly in three days! South African number provided does not connect to anyone and heaven knows WHO to contact. Customer service is getting better and better! Who to contact but its a SAA flight??
