No Assistance or Refund

I purchased a ticket through Gotogate and weeks before I had to travel, I had to change some ticket details. They could not manage to make changes to the ticket with the airline which resulted in me losing R5000. I would not recommend this company to anyone as it seems their only interest is to take money without any further assistance.
