Never use Gotogate

I wish there was a button for -10 as a review of this company. I’m not surprised they don’t reply to complaints here and reply to their customers. I do hope someone sees this and learns to never ever use this booking site for any travel. Even if they offer you R10 for a flight pay ten times more, a million times more, rather that and use a reputable company and go directly to the airline you want to fly with. GOTOGATE customer service is disgusting. The telephone number on their website contact page is probably incorrect on purpose because they don’t want to speak to customers. You can never get hold of them on the phone and the email messages are rep**** by robots. Actually robots do a better job of picking up on frustrated angry customers than the idi@t pressing send. Disgusting service. Never use them!!!! This website should be closed
