Need urgent response from Gotogate Travel Agency

I have been trying to get hold of Gotogate since Sunday. Suppose to leave on a trip to Amsterdam but unable to travel with Corona virus restrictions in place. Sent numerous emails, FB messages and tried to contact them on the phone. No response. Kenya Airways is willing to put these tickets on hold but we have to go through our travel agent.
