Most shocking service

This is the most shocking travel agency to use - i booked a flexible return ticket for my son from Johannesburg to Spain. I have now been trying for a week to change the date of the return flight. Firstly the call centre number on their website doesnt exist and secondly all you can do is use the chat line which takes forever - plus then it is from agent to agent and you just dont get anywhere.
