Misleading checked bagage information

<p>We are very upset about the misleading information Gotogate provided on flight bookings from Walvisbay, Namibia to Cape Town. I had to pay in R1000 due to the fact that my son’s and his friend's baggage was overweight. The luggage allowance was only 20kg per person and not 2 x 23kg as indicated on the booking confirmation.</p> <p>This misleading information could have cost me more than R3000 extra if the bags were the were 46kg per person as they have indicated.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
