Incorrect fee deducted for flight booking.

I was booking a flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg for me and my friend the amount to be deducted was R1780 but they deducted R6502 and they told me that I will have to pay a cancellation fee, this is not my fault and i want a full refund this is ridiculous!!!
