I paid for seats that I did not get

<p>In March I bought tickets to Freankfurt through this company. I paid R300 extra to reserve seats. They never gave me the opportunity to select the seats and now that I check in online I see they gave me two middle seats in a group of four!</p> <p> </p> <p>This was in spite of numerous attempts - letters - from my side to get everything right. They just ignored me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Will NEVER use this company again.</p>
