I feel *****ed!

<p>I purchased tickets to fly from RSA to Canada (Johannesburg to Toronto to Moncton) through Gotogate. In purchasing the tickets from Toronto to Moncton, only after the ticket confirmation was given and paid, did it say that: Önly Hand Luggage is included in this ticket.</p> <p>I now have to book my luggage from Toronto to Moncton over and above the ticket fare!</p> <p>They say that I should have checked conditions - but where. Nowhere during the booking process did it warn me of this fact. I have printed each page of the booking process and have it as evidence.</p> <p>They refuse to do anything about this and do not accept any responsability in this situation.</p> <p>I will never ever use them again, and will not recommend them to anyone ever.</p>
