HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE

Horrific Experience - I booked flight tickets with GO TO GATE after seeing them recommended through my SKYSCANNER app. Yesterday evening I went to check in at Emirates airline in Cape Town and was told that I was missing a flight number on my confirmation email from GO TO GATE, I then struggled for two hours debating with Emirates airlines whilst trying to call GO TO GATE with no joy. I subsequently missed my flight and have since been trying to get this resolved with GO TO GATE, who after over 3 hours calling an international number keep telling me they will speak to their supervisor (who is never there when I call) and call me back, which after waiting up all through the night never happened!

We have called them back three times this morning to be told the same story 'we will call you back in 30mins/2hours etc etc'.. which never happens!

I am now stuck in Cape Town with a PCR test that's going out of date in 6 hours, costs building up from a hotel booking abroad which I cant change and at this rate I'm probably going to have to pay for another flight. I will never use this company ever again and would advise anyone else NOT to either!
