Holiday Nightmare - GoToGate & Tuana M Hotel Thialand

<p>Booked a 2-week holiday in Thailand through GoToGate.com for over New Year’s December / January 2016/17. We called GoToGate to book the shuttle the day before we left for our holiday and to also tell them that our plane arrives in Thailand at 01am in the morning. They then told us they can’t assist with a shuttle even thou it was part of our package. When we arrived in Thailand we had to organise our own taxi to the hotel at 1am. Once we got to the hotel at 2am, they refused to check us in as GoToGate had not notified them that we were arriving early so we had to wait until 2pm, which was 12HOURS later. The managers of the hotel refused to help and we had to call GoToGate 24 times to try make an alternate arrangement. However, they were unable to assist and we waited 12 hours in reception to check in. At 14pm Tuana M Hotel told us that we are unable to check into their hotel and they had to move us to another hotel across the road, as the room we had booked was being fumigated. Horrible service from both providers. We will not be booking through GoToGate in the future or at any of the Tuana M Hotels, as their client service was terrible and they refused to assist in any way.</p> <p> </p>
