Hey Gotogate, Did My Refund Get Lost in Another Dimension?

Worst Experience with Gotogate Travel website – Refund Stuck for Over 90 Days! It’s been over 90 working days since I canceled my ticket, and I’m starting to wonder if my refund is stuck in some alternate universe! I’ve been patiently waiting and trying to reach out, but it feels like my money has gone on a longer journey than my canceled trip.

Is this how you treat loyal customers? Or am I part of some bizarre experiment on how long someone can wait for their refund? Either way, this is beyond ridiculous. I’m not sure what the delay is, but I’m certain it’s time for some real action from your side before I start losing hope that I’ll ever see my refund.

Come on Gototgate, this isn’t the service anyone signs up for! Please do the right thing and sort this out ASAP!
