Gotogate service issues

I booked a trip for 2 through Gotogate. The airline Air Belgium cancelled all flights and so I tried to get the company Gotogate to help me get a refund. The amount i spent for the tickets was R31629. I am supposed to be flying in Dec 2023 but at this stage I can't get hold of the company. I did at one stage speak to the Gotogate on a chat on there website but I am not able to contact them now.

The also took money for medical insurance and that is also not going to be refunded as it looks like at this stage.

If gotogate gets this please can you contact me on the email i have used for the booking.

I will not be using gotogate again as the experience is not good and we say that the South African companies give great service but this is not the case.
