Gotogate refuses to refund Qatar flights when Qatar cancelled them because my mother was run over in London in a hit and run

Gotogate has steadfastly refused to refund me for flights from Cape Town to London that I had to cancel due to my mother being run over in a hit and run in London.

Qatar Airways immediately cancelled my flights because of my mother's accident and referred me to Gotogate to refund me, which they refused to do saying they would neither cancel nor refund my money because it was against the Airline's policy, which is a blatant lie.

I referred the matter to Asata but they wouldn't help me but referred me to the Cgso who also wouldn't help saying it wasn't in their jurisdiction even though their website stated that it was. They have now sent it to the Airlines Association of Southern Africa.

I just the money back that is owed to me.
