Gotogate poor service

L3EMPA. Booking No:KEGUNO:Gotogate informed us in July that our flight tickets has been cancelled. However to date no feedback when refund will be effected. Do they or KLM intend to keep our money.This is unacceptable and do not recommend to make use of their service.
