Gotogate not refunding

I bought airline tickets through Gotogate, Emirates then cancelled the flights and Gotogate offered to get a refund from Emirates, the flights were cancelled for 10 Jan on 31 Dec 21. When I called Emirates they said that refunds take 7-15 working days, it's now more than 1 month later and after multiple requests to Gotogate they simply do not respond.
