GotoGate need minus ratins

I wish I could provide a Nil Star review. One of the worst companies to provide services. Do not waste any time on using them. When rebooking flights, they referred me to 4 different groups each stating to use another communication link of them, in total this took me about 4 hours for 1 rebookimg. On cancelling the flight, they sent me through 5 or 6 different groups and took me about 7 to 8 hours to provide a response whether I could actially cancel my current trip. As this took to long at the end, I had to stop my current selection. When re-doing the same application again, they referenced, amd admitted, the camcellation fee of me cancelling my booking. This range from a gee of £50 per person to over £100 per person, same as what occured whn I changed my original booking. I also never reveived my change of booking as well, this was sent from the airline itself without GotoGate informing of any of this. Never ever ever use GotoGate, mentioned they need Zero Stars or even minus.
