Gotogate is worse in the world

Airchina cancelled the flight and did not want to refund me the money for seats reservation. I had insurance through gotogate and they didnt refund me. They asked me to log a query of which I did but they went awol. ****** ****mers. Worse travel agent ever in the world. Please dont work with them otherwise you will regret.
