Gotogate is not user friendly and is not efficient

The worst agency to book with. I booked airline tickets with them and later decided to change the dates, I paid all the damages required for those changes and was told in 24 hours I’d get the updated tickets, a week later and I’m still waiting, my flight leaves tomorrow and I’m panicking, their agents are so nonchalant about the issue, I don’t even know if it will actually ever get resolved. I will have lost so much money if this issue is not resolved
