Gotogate is mediocre

I bought a flight ticket from PLZ to CPT 25/05/2018, ref RYG7BS via Gotogate yesterday, they sent email confirmation with time of departure and landing. No airline, no ticket, nothing. Guess what? They email me the ticket for a 09:10 flight at 14:01 pm how brilliant? Now I missed my flight due to their incompetency and unprofessional operations! I demand a refund from gotogate or mango airlines, whoever is responsible for this mediocre service!
