On the 5th of April I was de*****ed making on line flight bookings which I needed to change or cancel a day after booking. I was refused to cancel or change the booking and immediately after getting off the phone was issued with a booking reference that was different from the initial booking. I have referred the matter to my bank for investigation as well as the referral affiliate. They are refusing me a refund going against their booking terms and conditions, which allows for cancellations and changes within a stipulated timeframe after booking.
