Gotogate fleeces customers with a markup price. I have used gotogate for bookings previously. The booking from Johannesburg to George was a horrible experience. I ended up coughing 600 rands more than the airlines website(paid 3200 rands). When i contacted the call center, they gave me a stupid explanation of the concept of markup price.

I would advise customers to never to use gotogate.
