Gotogate

We are struggling with Gotogate since 6 June 2021 to refund flight tickets. When they advised that they send a refund application to KLM, KLM advised on 18 August 2021 that they did not receive refund application from Gotogate. Somebody is not telling the truth. What is their intention.. to take our money. This is totally unacceptable and a shame. Can somebody assist us with legal action against Gotogate and KLM. Order no: L3EMPA
