Gotogate does not respond to request for refund
They do not answer their phone or respond to several emails. We requested a refund due to covid and are about to loose R60 000 .Our flight departs in 72 hours. What a shame. Will never use them again

22 Jun 2021, 09:55On 21 June 2021 Gotogate undertook to send refund application to airline. We confirmed to cancell booking however till now no further respond. Our flight is scheduled for tonight . We requested and trying to get hold of Gotogate since 7 June 21. What about refund..? Do they intent to keep our money. This is not businesslike manners end unacceptable
