Gotogate consumer prejudice

I booked my flight through them as i was looking for cheaper flights. The amount that was on their website is not the amount that got debited from my account. I called them so that they can explain , on why i ddnt get the full amount before the payment. Their response was talk to your bank , it is charge by your bank. My bank refuted the claims, because they dont bundle a charge together with any merchant. Called the Gotogate the second time the following , they wanted to push the issue to my bank again and i told them i had called my bank, thats when they change the story and told me there is a 5% transaction fee, which is not shown on their website . The gotogate personnel told me there is nothing he can do and even his manage didnt want to talk to me becuase there was nothing new he was going to say. Rather he advised me to direct the query to their principals in Sweden stockholm, while i am here in South Africa.

Day light ******* , as a consumer i felt prejudiced and very not important as a customer. It defeated the whole purpose i booked with them as i was looking for a cheaper flight
